New processes for cleaning and hygiene
Our team members have been trained in enhanced cleaning routines for guest bedrooms and common areas.
We will be following COVID-19 guidelines provided by local health authorities.
Enhanced cleaning
High-touch communal areas, such as bathrooms, door handles, bannisters are disinfected and cleaned with a higher frequency
Guest bedrooms will be thoroughly and deeply cleaned with special attention to high touch areas such as light switches, remote controls, and furniture
Hand alcohol stations are installed at our entrance, breakfast room and first floor landing
All tables, menus and chairs in our breakfast room are thoroughly sanitised before and after breakfast
Loose items such as pens, note pads and information material are removed from rooms
Daily room turn-down service is currently suspended. Linen and towel changes available on request
Physical distancing
We have created a more spacious breakfast room
Revised food & drink offerings in the breakfast. Self-service is currenrtly suspended
